PRODUCT WARRANTY POLICY

 The warranty period is 2 years from the date of the customer's first purchase. The receipt date of the invoice or warranty card shall be based on the registration date.
 Our company's warranty and repair services are limited to equipment purchased in Anbei. During the warranty period, if the machine is damaged or malfunctioning, free repair and replacement of parts will be provided. This warranty is only valid as the original purchaser of the end user

1) Damage caused by improper use, maintenance, storage, or handling by users; Such as overload, feedback, and burnout.
2) Damage caused by environmental factors such as high voltage input, humidity, etc
3) The user did not provide an installation guide and did not install or disassemble correctly according to the original Anbei maintenance department; Damage; Using non original parts and original procurement for repair and replacement;
4) No warranty and valid invoice or purchase voucher;
5) The purchase certificate and warranty certificate are incompatible or have been modified;
6) Damage caused by uncontrollable natural disasters or improper use of the environment;
7) Processed products, products beyond the warranty period.
8) The product could not be displayed in the company's sales records.

 We are not responsible for any losses directly or indirectly caused by equipment damage.
 This warranty service is only valid in the Chinese Mainland market.
 Replacing the light bulb/LED light source is not covered by the warranty.
 Our company reserves the final interpretation right of the warranty terms.

When sending repair products, please carefully package the warranty card, invoice, and repair requirements for repair. If necessary, please attach photos for product damage reference.
If you do not use this product for a long time and need to use it, please check according to the instructions before use.
